Snow Day - 18th January 2013

Haven't updated for a while since I have been busy but since it has been snowing today, I thought I'd upload my favourite picture that I got of todays snow.

Walk up Cannock Chase

Yesterday morning I was having a walk around the garden when I spotted the Globe Thistle up the garden was covered with Bees and Wasps. So I grabbed the camera and here is the best shots that I managed to get.

I love the last one as I think the red of the plants in the background works really well against the yellow of the bee. Later on I had a walk up Cannock Chase. When we got there, we were very lucky and a deer was wondering about right near the car so I managed to get a few nice shots. There was also a couple of squirrels running about.
